What about co-ownership?+
Built in. The AI detects every co-owner on the land title with their exact shares (X/Y fractions). Non-signers are automatically added as 'represented by proxy'. You never miss a legal signature.
What about documents in Arabic?+
The Moroccan land title (bilingual Arabic/French) is read in full. Arabic names and addresses get transliterated to Latin characters using standard conventions.
Which ID documents are supported?+
